I would like to thank Rick for his patience with an old man, and his advice with regards the future sale of my scooter. I love this company ! I was trying to help my uncle find new batteries for his Pegasus scooter and every place around us wanted an absurd amount of money. I found matrix online and they called them to help find what we needed. I called… More them and within minutes they found the batteries I needed for 1/2 price and I received them within 3 days! good job guys!
Customer service figured out everything for me and they were easily a $100 less than everyone else I spoke with. Their pretty much offering whole sale pricing
