Below is an amendment to the existing MatrixBatteryCanada.com Terms And Conditions, that applies to dealers exclusively. All other terms and conditions mentioned in the original that are omitted here do apply. Let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
Ordering
You can order our batteries by phone or online with your own dealer login account. To place an order by phone, please call us at 1-855-564-9350. Our customer service representatives are available Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm EST.
To place an order online, you will need to create an account on our website, www.matrixbatterycanada.com and provide some basic information, such as your name, address, phone number, email address, and dealer license number. You will also need to select the quantity and type of batteries you want to order from our catalogue.
Once you submit your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number and invoice. You can track the status of your order online by logging into your account and clicking on “My Orders”.
Payment
You can pay for your order by credit card, Interac, or e-transfer.
If you choose to pay by credit card or Interac, you will need to provide your card number, expiration date, security code, and billing address. Your card will be charged at the time of ordering.
If you choose to pay by e-transfer, you will need to send the payment to cs@matrixbatterycanada.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Please include your order number in the message field. Your order will be processed once we receive your payment confirmation.
Shipping
Orders placed with more than 10 cartons automatically qualify for free shipping. Individually ordered cartons are $29.95 and an additional $11.95 after that. Some batteries come in multiple units per carton.
No shipping charges are applied for pick-up orders at our London, Ontario, location.
We usually ship your order within one business day after receiving your payment confirmation. The delivery time varies depending on your location and the carrier’s service level. You can expect to receive your order within 2 to 10 business days after it is shipped.
You will receive an email notification with your tracking number and carrier information when your order is shipped. You can track the delivery status of your order online by using the tracking number when provided by the shipper.
Warranty
We stand behind our products and offer a one-year limited warranty on all our batteries. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and service.
If you experience any problems with your battery within the warranty period, please contact us at cs@matrixbatterycanada.com or call us at 1-855-564-9350. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the defective battery and receive a replacement or a refund.
Please note that the warranty does not cover any damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, improper installation, modification, or natural disasters. The warranty also does not cover any loss of use, revenue, shipping expenses or profit due to the battery failure.
The original purchaser may return their defective battery for warranty at the purchaser’s expense, to Matrix Battery Canada. However, should the battery merely be discharged, transportation and/or recharging fees may be billed.
The limited warranty does not apply if:
- The container, covers, or terminals are broken;
- The battery has been opened;
- The battery has been damaged due to neglect or abuse, including but not limited to fire, wreckage, collision, explosion, freezing or overcharging;
- Manufacturer’s date code markings have been destroyed;
- The battery is not rated for the equipment it has been used in or has been used in applications for which it was not designed;
- The battery was installed or charged in reverse polarity.
Normal deterioration in the electrical qualities of batteries is to be expected and is not covered by this limited warranty.
